This meeting provides you with an opportunity to meet one of our experienced lawyers and to help you to understand the law, and to plan and consider your objectives, and together we will create the strategy required to achieve your desired outcome. This is a 2-hour meeting and is a fixed price of £600 inc vat.

Negotiation skills

Everyone believes they are a natural negotiator! However, this meeting provides an opportunity to meet one of our experienced lawyers and gives you the opportunity to design your own negotiation approach. It will enable you to be persuasive and influence the desired outcome in your favour. This is a 2 hour meeting and is a fixed price of £600 inc vat.

Conflict management

Often the most destructive element of resolving issues arising out of separation is conflict, or the fear of conflict. This meeting provides an opportunity to meet one of our experienced lawyers, who will show you a whole new way to manage conflict, so that you can achieve a fair and reasonable outcome. This is a 2 hour meeting and is a fixed price of £600 inc vat.

Attending mediation

This meeting gives you an opportunity to meet one of our experienced lawyers and discuss your approach to strategy & planning, negotiation skills, and conflict management. It will help you prepare and present your case in mediation to ensure that you are both persuasive and fair. This is a 2 hour meeting at a fixed price of £600 inc vat.
